Cold Feet

Corn Eye

  • Take 20g finely shredded onion and mix it with same amount of vinegar. Place the mixture on painful spots two times a day for two hours.
  • Take three spoons of finely shredded radish and root of horseradish and place it in a clear cotton rag. Rub the corn eye with sunflower oil and put mixture on it. Repeat it two times a day for two hours.

Corn

  • Take a half of garlic dove, clean it and squeeze it. Place it on the corn in morning and night. It should fall off in 2-3 days.

Lose Weight

  • Drink 1 dl apple juice before meal for 10 days and than make a pause for ten days.
  • Drink 1 dl of cold water 30 minutes before lunch.

Better Sight

  • For few days add 2 garlic doves to your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Before every meal drink 1 dl pure blueberry juice. After meal drink 2 dl blueberry juice with sugar and lemon juice.

  • Take one spoon of fresh finely shredded common sage and mentha leaf and chew it three times a day after every meal.

  • Take one spoon of fresh finely shredded nettle leaf and marshmallow flower and chew it three times a day after every meal.
Use recipes for three days. Chew herbs for ten minutes.

  • Take half of the garlic dove and place it in a tooth hole or on tooth. Hold it until pain stops.

Bad Breath

  • Before breakfast, lunch and dinner eat 300g of fresh strawberries with sugar and lemon juice after that always washout your mouth.
  • Before breakfast, lunch and dinner drink 1 dl of apple juice.
  • Before breakfast, lunch and dinner drink 1 dl of blueberry juice.

Hair Loss

  • Make a small cut on a birch tree and collect it's juice in a bottle. Keep the juice in a sealed 1 l bottle. In morning and night soak a cotton-wool in juice and moisten only the parts where you dont have hair. After a month you will notice light hair growing and later they will get stronger and larger.
  • Take a few garlic doves and cut it. With the inner side rub the skin on your head a few times a day. Wash your head every three days with soap or medical shampoo.
  • Take four spoons of tiny pieces of nettle leaf and chamomile flowers. Put it in 1l of hot boiled watter and leave it in a bottle for two hours to cool off. Wash your hair with this lotion once a week.
